The Engagement Fee secures your recruitment project with us and covers the initial set-up, planning, and activation of your hiring campaign. This includes:
A thorough review and update of your job description to ensure it stands out and attracts the right candidates.
A professionally crafted job advertisement tailored for SEEK, Indigenous Job Match, and Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander community networks and grapevines.
Launching your role to market and beginning the candidate sourcing process.
This one-off upfront fee demonstrates your commitment to the recruitment process and allows us to immediately dedicate resources to finding the right talent for your organisation.
The Engagement Fee is payable prior to commencement. The Placement Fee of $4,000 + GST is only due once a candidate has been successfully hired.
