This product covers the upfront engagement fee only. A separate placement fee of $2,000 + GST is invoiced when the candidate accepts an offer of employment.
Select the annual base salary tier confirmed in your signed Service Agreement before paying. The engagement fee must be paid before recruitment begins.
Up to and including $85,000: $3,000 engagement fee + $2,000 placement fee = $5,000 total + GST.
Above $85,000 up to and including $120,000: $5,000 engagement fee + $2,000 placement fee = $7,000 total + GST.
Above $120,000: $7,000 engagement fee + $2,000 placement fee = $9,000 total + GST.
All amounts are in Australian dollars and exclude GST. GST is added at checkout and applies to both fee instalments. Invoices are payable within seven days of issue.

The full recruitment service includes screening, shortlisting, Candidate Snapshots, reference checks, selection support and three months of post-placement support. Your signed Service Agreement confirms the scope, advertising channels, additional costs and applicable placement guarantee. Standard fees are indicative and subject to scope; executive or specialist searches can be quoted separately.
