Culturally Grounded Mentoring Program – Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Staff & Managers

Support the growth and cultural wellbeing of your Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employees and their leaders with IJM’s six-month mentoring program. Delivered by culturally experienced First Nations mentors, this program provides dedicated guidance, cultural support, and leadership coaching—separately and together—to build trust, confidence, and culturally safe relationships in your workplace.

What’s Included:

  • 6 x monthly 1:1 sessions for staff and/or managers

  • Optional joint sessions for relationship building

  • Cultural support and guidance between sessions

  • A cultural safety check-in and tailored mentoring plan

  • Start and end impact report for your RAP and DEIB records

  • Ongoing access to resources and advice

Cost: $1,500 + GST per participant

This mentoring program is suitable for both Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff and their direct managers. We recommend enrolling each participant (staff and manager) individually if both will take part.

Once purchased, IJM will contact you within 2 business days to coordinate an intake session and schedule the first mentoring meeting.
