Organisations Cultural Compass Reviews

Your voice matters.

At Indigenous Job Match we believe the best way to know if a workplace is truly culturally safe is to listen to mob who are already there. That’s why we’ve created the Cultural Compass Review — a space for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to share their honest experiences at work.

This review is:

  • Completely anonymous – we don’t capture your name, email, or personal details.

  • Safe – your feedback will only be used to guide other mob and hold employers accountable.

  • Powerful – your words will help others find workplaces where they can feel respected, valued, and proud of who they are.

There are no right or wrong answers — just your truth. Whether your experience has been positive, negative, or somewhere in between, every review helps light the path for others.

Thank you for taking the time to share your story and guide the way forward.

Guided by Our Cultural Compass

At Cultural Nexus Indigenous Corporation (CNIC), and through our platform Indigenous Job Match (IJM), everything we do is grounded in culture, community, and purpose.

Our Strategic Plan is more than a document — it’s a living pathway that keeps us accountable to our people and our values. At the heart of that plan is our Cultural Compass.

The Cultural Compass is our guide:

  • It reminds us that culture comes first in every decision.

  • It keeps us true to our mission of creating safe, respectful, and empowering opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.

  • It ensures every program, service, and partnership reflects our values of respect, integrity, cultural pride, and community strength.

For IJM, the Cultural Compass means we don’t just connect mob to jobs — we connect mob to workplaces where culture is respected, voices are heard, and futures can thrive.

Every step we take is guided by the Compass. Every choice we make is grounded in culture.
