Nurse Navigator – Paediatric and Adolescent (Identified)

Location: Brisbane South (Inala)

Salary: $5,081.10 – $5,516.60 per fortnight

This role is all about walking alongside children, young people, and their families, ensuring care is not just clinically excellent but culturally grounded. As a Nurse Navigator, you’ll coordinate care across the health system, build trust with families, and lead partnerships that strengthen community health outcomes.

You’ll bring advanced skills in paediatrics and adolescent care, a deep understanding of the social determinants of health, and a commitment to cultural safety.

Clinical Nurse – Primary Health Care (Identified)

Location: Brisbane South (Inala)

Salary: $107,960 – $115,604 per annum ($54.44 – $58.30 p/h)

Classification: Nurse Grade 6 (1)

Status: Permanent & Temporary | Full-time or Part-time

As a Clinical Nurse in Primary Health Care, you’ll lead the way in First Nations healthcare delivery. This role blends advanced clinical care with cultural leadership, ensuring patients receive the kind of care that truly respects and empowers them.

You’ll play a critical role in mentoring staff, guiding students, and contributing to research and quality improvements that make services stronger and safer for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
