Overview
Indigenous Job Match (IJM) is a 100% Indigenous-owned and managed online employment platform. We provide digital recruitment, advertising, and professional support services, not physical products. As such, our services are delivered electronically and are considered consumed once activated or published.
Returns
Because our services are digital and performance-based, we do not accept returns in the traditional sense. Job ad listings, flat-fee recruitment services, and cultural safety support packages are custom-delivered and therefore non-returnable once the service has commenced or the listing has gone live.
Refunds
Refunds may only be considered under the following limited circumstances:
If a technical error on our part prevents your advertisement or service from being delivered as agreed.
If the purchase was made in error and you notify us within 24 hours and the service has not yet commenced.
If required by Australian Consumer Law where a major failure or misrepresentation has occurred.
All refund requests must be made in writing to admin@indigenousjobmatch.com.au and will be reviewed within 10 business days. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
Exchanges
As our services are customised and time-based, exchanges are not applicable.

Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). You may be entitled to remedies if our service fails to meet the guarantees provided under Australian Consumer Law.
